After a hiatus from the big screen, Lindsay Lohan is back and bigger than ever; no joke, her belly just keeps growing. In her new film Labor Pains, Lohan plays Thea who is down on her luck and can't catch a break. After her parents died while in College Thea's world has been turned upside down and she finds herself looking after her younger sister.
Thea works at a mundane publishing company where her only pleasure is gossiping with her gal pal Lisa (Cheryl Hines) in the bathroom. Always pushing the limits at work and bad-mouthing her boss puts Thea low on the totem pole in The Office which means her daily duties revolve around her bosses pride and joy, Sir Arthur The Dog.
When faced with losing her job for badmouthing her boss, Thea concocts a massive lie that changes her Life and career. Having watched on Law & Order that you can't fire a pregnant woman, Thea immediately begs her boss not to fire her because she is pregnant. When The Office gets word of the happy news of Thea's new Baby, everyone begins to treat her differently. Instead of being The Office slacker, Thea turns into the pride and joy of her coworkers.
After a freak accident, Thea finds her boss needs to leave town for a few months and informed The Office that his nerdy accountant brother, Nick (Luke Kirby), will be taking over. As soon as Nick takes charge, things quickly begin changing for Thea. Having the utmost Confidence in Thea, Nick enlists her as the assistant Editor to the new Baby book he is publishing.
