1.The Karate Kid
The Karate Kid

In the role of his young pupil, Jaden Smith, son of Will and Jada Pinkett Smith, has a natural screen presence. Dre Parker is calmer than the skittish kid played by Ralph Macchio, but so much smaller than his opponents that we can well believe his fear of a bully at school. And when that happens, we can forget obsessing about the 1984 film and enjoy this one. That was then, this is now.

The story once again involves a kid being packed up by his divorced mom and forced to leave his hometown and friends and move far away — from Detroit to Beijing, this time. He hates it. Then a cute young violinist named Meiying (Han Wenwen) smiles at him, and life looks more promising — if it weren't for the school bully Cheng t...see more

2. A-Team
A-Team If the big screen adaptation of '80s TV favorite The A-Team was packed with any more testosterone, it could compete in the Tour de France. It's all men, machismo, and mayhem. Sure, Jessica Biel signs up as the requisite eye candy, but her Capt. Carissa Sosa is no match for the motley crew of over the top oddballs recruited by Col. John "Hannibal" Smith (a likeable Liam Neeson) for his band of well-meaning maniacs.

3. Shrek Forever After
Shrek Forever After After challenging an evil dragon, rescuing a beautiful princess and saving your in-laws' kingdom, what's an ogre to do? Well, if you're Shrek, you suddenly wind up a domesticated family man. Instead of scaring villagers away like he used to, a reluctant Shrek now agrees to autograph pitch forks. What's happened to this ogre's roar? Longing for the days when he felt like a "real ogre,"...

4. Get Him to the Greek
It's a culture-clash comedy, an odd-couple comedy, a road comedy and a comedy of discomfort, about a very low-level record company executive assigned to escort a decadent rock star from London to New York and then on to Los Angeles' Greek Theatre. The rock star (Russell Brand) is louche and blase, utterly confident and completely uncaring about whether he gets there or not. And the young executive (Jonah Hill) is a nervous wreck, desperate to make good on this task, which will either make or break his career.
5. Killers
Spencer Aimes is just your average, undercover, government-hired super-assassin accustomed to a life of exotic European locales, flashy sports cars and even flashier women. But when he meets Jen Kornfeldt, a beautiful, fun-loving computer tech recovering from a bad break-up, he finds true love and happily trades international intrigue.
6. Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time
Set in the mystical lands of Persia, a rogue prince reluctantly joins forces with a mysterious princess and together, they race against dark forces to safeguard an ancient dagger capable of releasing the Sands of Time - a gift from the gods that can reverse time and allow its possessor to rule the world.
7. Marmaduke
For Phil and Debbie Winslow, moving their family from Kansas to the O.C. is a big deal. For their enormous Great Dane "Marmaduke," however, the move means a whole new way of life. It's chaos at home and awkward at work as the Winslows struggle to control their angsty teenage canine.
8. Sex and the City 2
The continuing story of Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda and Samantha as they struggle to manage their love lives, friendships and careers in New York City.
9. Iron Man 2
The film's opening title sequence introduces Mickey Rourke's character Ivan Vanko, a Russian physicist who has spent years in prison plotting his revenge on the Stark family for crimes they committed against his own family. A few minutes (and six months) later, we're reintroduced to Downey's Stark as he addresses the adoring masses in a keynote speech at his extravagant...
10. Splice
Adrien Brody and Sarah Polley bring intensity and attractive intelligence to the characters of Clive and Elsa (a little joke allusion to Bride of Frankenstein), romantically linked hotshot genetic engineers who, when thwarted by the pharmaceutical company that funds them, conceive their greatest hybrid experiment in secret.
